Payment
You may pay through any visa card, Telle Birr, Chapa integrated Bank Account for your idagana purchases. But for there is no payment for non product Services listed here which are for advertising and connecting customers and service providers only. idagana will provide necessary information here so that You can Call, Chat, Inquire/send message to the professionals. For more details of your need to contact the Service providers directly.

Orders & Returns
at idagana , products can be ordered like any online shopping by adding to the cart and checking out after filling payment and shipping information. But for professional services and for business listings, no need to pay /book online at idagana. Instead customers who seek services contacts by Calling, Inquiery, or Chat directly to the Businesses or professionals. Any payment to service providers shall be paid , if any , by contacting them. idagana doesn't collect money for nonbookable services. idagana is here to connect Services seekers with Service Providers.
No, you don't need an account to order, or contact Service professionals or businesses or Sellers. But you can signup as customer if needed.

Sign Up issues
The Service providers section of idagana is for those service types which are bookable or non bookable. some services are bookable, some are not=====At this time, we mainly do non-bookable services, just to display information and contact / chat option(LIKE MECHANIC….You can not book online to fix a car, the mechanic has to see it first, so you just call or text the mechanic then go), ………on the other hand such as Lawyer the need to schedule and charge you by time they spent…so you need bookable service listing . Clients/buyers should be able to Search the Service providers by Country, City or Category. Their clients should be able to Text, Chat, and get geographical information of the Service Providers. therefore putting EVERY DETAIL INFORMATION HELPS! And also the customers will be able rate, comment the Service providers.
To be a service provider , you need to have an ID card, legal business document to upload and submit for approval. The fees are listed under the Terms and Conditions section.
1.0 SERVICE PROVIDER/Listing ONLY(non booking):
- click SIGN UP from Home page
- Click SIGN UP , under the first column to Select SERVICE PROVIDER 1
- put any USER NAME you like
- put EMAIL address
- Go to the email to see VERIFICATION CODE NUMBER sent from idagana
- insert that verification code in the box
- put your name and Your Business name
- Select Store category –SERVICES PROVIDER,……. ( but if you need to collect money by selling products directly from idagana, and idagana has to collect money for you, you select – STORE VENDOR)
- put Business address, phone, email,…
- if you have Community CODE, select YES, if not skip it
- attach your National I.D Card/Driving License*
- Put the Languages you use to give Services
- Put PASSWORD that you can remember and Alphanumeric
- READ AND SELECT THE * Agree Terms & Conditions
- Click REGISTER
- You will be directed to select PYMENT method, to pay Yearly Fee, select Credit Card (Select BANK, if you want to use payment ZELLE or Bank Deposit)
- [BUSINESSES /professionals IN AFRICA, for PAYMENT choose “Bank“, when SIGNUP then Comeback and Click https://idagana.com/african/
- Submit and You will see THANK YOU MESSAGE displayed
- You are REGISTERED! and Directly Loged in to idagana account
- Waite for idagana to APPROVE you, you will get an email,…after aproval–>***
- and to POST YOUR BUSINESS PROFILE,and be VISIBLE on iDAGANA, you must SIGNOUT by Clicking SIGNOUT at Top Right
- then LOGIN with the User ID and PASSWORD you just created ( You can watch the videos under CONTACT US page)
- Select SETTINGS from the Dashboard list on the Left
- click ADD , to add the necessary information of your business, then click SERVICES, another ADD on the right , put Business name in the TITLE box , in the Description write business explanation and ADD MEDIA to add pictures, put business hours, select BUSINESS CATEGORY from the right side list……
- Click SUBMIT at bottom to be LIVE on idagana website
- Logout
- Refresh the Website and your business will be LIVE worldwide,

-on the Dashboard/seller= ChatBox setting= click Online, to be available and communicate with customers
-To ADD STAFF, if additional person needed to manage your account, if so=”Capability”=all rights to the additional Staff, and Submit
-Your Business is online, customers can contact Service provider/ Seller, can chat, inquire, call, visit….
-share your personal profile/store Link to customers to advertise your business.
